Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel services.
- Promote and sell travel-related products and services to customers.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with booking, reservations, and travel concerns.
- Provide accurate information about travel policies, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Completed at least 2 years in college (4 semesters with no back subjects) for HS old curriculum graduates
- College Graduate (any course)
- At least 12 months BPO sales experience
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling in a BPO environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
- 20% Night Differential
- HMO coverage starting Day 1 (with 1 dependent)
- Incentives and performance bonuses
- Paid training
