Area Sales Supervisor, Cebu

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role involves supervising the sales team, monitoring performance, assisting in client acquisition, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and other departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve business goals.

• Supervise and guide the sales team in achieving sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports
• Assist in developing strategies to increase sales and expand the client base
• Support the team in client acquisition, negotiations, and closing deals
• Ensure proper coordination between sales, operations, and other departments
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in training and onboarding new sales staff

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course
• With 23 years of experience in sales, preferably with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office / reporting tools
