Job Description:

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the recruitment process for Customer Service Representative (CSR) positions. This role supports the recruitment team by coordinating with applicants, assisting walk-in candidates during on-site applications, and ensuring a smooth and organized hiring process. The Recruitment Coordinator will provide updates to candidates regarding their application status, qualifications, and any concerns throughout the recruitment process. The role also involves coordinating with hiring managers, conducting initial screening, and helping maintain an efficient candidate pipeline in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide walk-in candidates applying for CSR positions during the on-site recruitment process
• Conduct initial resume screening and preliminary interviews
• Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status, qualifications, and concerns
• Coordinate schedules for interviews and assessments
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment tracking
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with hiring managers and applicants
• Support sourcing activities through job portals and recruitment platforms

Qualifications:

• Must be residing in Cebu
• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• Knowledge or experience in recruitment and hiring for Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles is an advantage
• Skilled in resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Familiar with HR tools, job portals, and sourcing platforms
• Able to coordinate effectively with hiring managers and applicants
• Willing to learn, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
