Sales Admin, Cebu

Mondo Cucina, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to support the sales team in managing client accounts, documentation, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and finance departments for order fulfillment and billing.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, sales support, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling sales documentation, quotations, and order processing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
