Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standardized coordination and monitoring processes across all active Litecrete sites.
Oversee project tracking tools and schedules to ensure cost-efficient and timely completion.
Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly site data into clear, high-level management summaries and performance reports.
Proactively review site updates to identify potential delays or gaps in compliance, escalating concerns to the Construction Execution Lead.
Act as the liaison between site engineers, procurement, sales, and management to ensure alignment across the board.
Support the continuous evolution of internal workflows, controls, and construction systems.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
35 years in construction coordination, operations oversight, or project management.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of construction workflows and reporting structures.
High attention to detail with the ability to analyze site information for risks.
Proficient in project tracking systems, reporting tools, and documentation.
Clear and professional communication skills; able to hold teams accountable to agreed processes.
