Finance Manager, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management

-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

-Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts

-Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations

-Monitor profitability, cost control, and financial performance

-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

-Coordinate external audits and tax filings

2. Treasury Management

-Manage daily cash flow and liquidity planning

-Monitor bank balances and optimize working capital

-Manage banking relationships and negotiate financial facilities

-Manage foreign exchange and financial risk exposure

3. Risk & Compliance

-Implement and maintain internal financial controls

-Identify and mitigate financial risks

-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies

-Develop treasury policies and procedures

4. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

-Present financial reports to Executive Office

-Provide insights for business growth and expansion planning

-Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience:

2+ years of progressive experience in finance and treasury

-Experience in corporate finance, banking

Technical Skills:

-Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards

-Treasury management and cash flow forecasting expertise

-Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Soft Skills:

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-High attention to detail

-Leadership and team management abilities

-Excellent communication and presentation skills
