Local Store Marketing Supervisor, Cebu

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develops (with Marketing Manager) and executes marketing plans and initiatives that will help stores achieve targeted sales, increase foot traffic, and market share
• Preparation of reports (key initiatives and results, relevant weekly store updates, monthly action plan, and calendar)
• External monitoring and reporting (relevant market information, competition, and identifying sales and branding opportunities)
• Coordinate with Operations regarding required marketing programs and activities
• Conduct store visits to the assigned cluster to ensure compliance with the following: proper placement of marketing collateral based on provided visual guidelines, accurate and diligent implementation of all approved LSM activations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Focused on Marketing, creative, team player, results-driver, good communication skills, smart digital
• Willing to travel.
