Position Title: Sales & Marketing Officer / Supervisor

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales & Marketing Officer / Supervisor drives revenue growth for Living Ideas by promoting bespoke furniture and design solutions, strengthening client relationships, and leading sales and marketing initiatives from lead generation to closing.

The role oversees strategic campaigns, brand activations, digital sales channels, and client engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and increase sales performance. This position provides direction to junior marketing staff and ensures alignment between marketing efforts and revenue targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESI. SALES STRATEGY & REVENUE MANAGEMENT

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead the planning and execution of sales activities to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor and analyze campaign and sales performance; prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Oversee client relationship management from inquiry to project completion, including unit fit-outs when applicable.
• Provide direction and guidance to Sales & Marketing Associates / Junior staff.

II. MARKETING STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

• Conceptualize and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL).
• Develop and refine email marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication platforms.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, collaterals, digital assets, and advertising placements.

III. DIGITAL SALES & E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT

• Lead digital sales initiatives across social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
• Analyze consumer behavior data, website traffic, engagement metrics, and online sales performance.
• Optimize digital campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the furniture and design industry.

IV. BRAND ACTIVATION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

• Oversee product communications and launch initiatives to create market awareness and demand.
• Gather customer feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to introduce relevant and competitive products.
• Build partnerships and activation opportunities to strengthen market positioning.

V. ORGANIZATION & ADMINISTRATION

• Oversee maintenance of updated inventory records, sales reports, and customer databases.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of marketing and sales activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and trade secrets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in furniture, interior design, retail, or related industries.
• Proven experience in campaign management and digital sales platforms.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
