Accounts Payable (Vendor Master / AP Operations) Cebu, Philippines

The role is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable process with emphasis on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, compliance, and timely maintenance of vendor-related data and related financial processes within ERP systems.

• Manage end-to-end vendor master setup and maintenance in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and completeness of vendor records through rigorous validation and reconciliation.
• Process vendor updates such as banking changes, ACH setups, tax information, and other compliance documents.

• Conduct regular data reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain vendor-related reports, dashboards, and trackers to support operations.

• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to resolve vendor-related issues.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and support AP teams in troubleshooting discrepancies.

• Ensure adherence to governance policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance where applicable.

• Support efforts for process optimization and automation.
• Assist in updating documentation and implementing best practices.

Graduates of Finance, Business Administration Major in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology. Graduates of other courses are accepted if they have strong Vendor Master experience.

4-6 years relevant F&A operations/Vendor Master Data experience

Experience in vendor master management, data operations, or finance support functions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
