Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and rebooking
- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction
- College graduate (with or without BPO experience)
- Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months BPO/customer service experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work on-site in IT Park, Cebu City
