Recruitment Associate, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the clients of the needs and roles to be filled.
• Provides updates on hiring requirements and candidates application status.
• Source potential candidates and assesses their qualifications (interviewing, hiring, & endorsing to hiring managers).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors graduate in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field.
• With at least 6 months recruitment experience | Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!
• Good communication and written skills
• Computer literate and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
