Position: HR & Admin Officer

Salary: Php30,000 Php35,000

Schedule: Monday Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 35 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative functions
• Knowledgeable in processing AEP, visas, and government compliance (DOLE, BI, PEZA)
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.
• Willing to work full-time on-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Process employment permits and visa applications for foreign employees.
• Manage and control expatriate documentation, handle expat-related requirements, and coordinate business travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date employee records.
• Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for company visitors.
• Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed.
• Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness and general facility standards.
