Requirements

  • A talent for mentoring and developing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools, and problem-solving to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in strategic planning, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success.
  • A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Sales Background is highly recommended.
  • Background with Website and Marketing.
  • Strong background in Sales and/or Software environment.
  • Technical knowledge required, including basic understanding of domain management, web hosting, and cPanel.
  • Proven experience in setting and driving sales targets.
  • Ability to identify key leading indicators to improve sales performance.
  • Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing Action Plans.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and SMART Coaching skills.
  • Capable of developing and executing 30-60-90 day performance plans.
  • Relevant leadership and functional tenure in a similar role.
