The Corporate Sales is responsible for managing and developing client accounts, handling sales transactions, and supporting bidding and proposal processes. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to the achievement of company sales targets.Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
  • Handle client inquiries, proposals, and account-related concerns professionally
  • Prepare, review, and submit bidding documents, quotations, and sales proposals
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of bid requirements
  • Monitor bidding schedules, deadlines, and compliance with documentation standards
  • Assist in negotiations and closing of sales deals
  • Maintain organized records of client accounts, contracts, and sales activities
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding proposals, bids, and account status
  • Support sales planning and implementation of corporate sales strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Perform other sales- and account-related tasks as assigned by management


Job Requirements
  • College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
  • Proven ability to handle clients and manage corporate accounts effectively
  • With experience in bidding processes, proposal preparation, and related documentation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
  • Willing to do fieldwork, attend client meetings, and support sales activities as required
