We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data operations, improve decision-making, and strengthen internal workflows. This role spans analytics, auditing, research, and operational support, helping shape a more structured and scalable analytics function. • Perform project and task impact analyses to support operational and strategic decisions
• Conduct shipping cost audits and identify discrepancies or efficiency opportunities
• Maintain and enhance team metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking systems
• Execute research and investigation tasks to resolve inconsistencies or anomalies
• Identify patterns, red flags, risks, and workflow issues within data processes
• Communicate insights clearly and proactively across teams
• Support development and integration of AI-powered tools and automation

• Strong curiosity and ability to identify patterns and irregularities
• High attention to quality and detail (self-QA required)
• Confidence to speak up and proactively flag risks or issues
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn technical skills
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured problem-solving
• Clear and vocal communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce operations or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay)
• Familiarity with FBA workflows or associated costs
• Exposure to analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, SQL)
• Interest in automation or AI tools
