Position: Accounts Payable L1

Location: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Schedule: Night Shift

Salary/Variable Allowance: SVAR: 60

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduates of Finance, Business Administration (Major in Marketing, Banking and Finance), Economics, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology. Graduates from other courses may be considered if they have strong Vendor Master experience.
• Experience: 24 years in relevant Finance & Accounting operations, Vendor Master Data, or similar finance support functions.
• Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel (assessment administered by Operations)
• Strong vendor master management and data operations experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities (implied based on role type):

• Manage and maintain vendor master data accurately
• Support day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures
