POSITION TITLE: Construction Operations Manager

WORK LOCATION: Cebu

WORK SETUP: Day Shift

SALARY: PHP 25k 35k

The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. This role ensures that projects are properly monitored, reports are accurate and timely, and potential issues are identified early to support

smooth execution.

The position focuses on construction systems, visibility, and coordination, working closely with the Construction Execution Lead to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Develop and maintain construction coordination and monitoring processes across all active sites

 Create and oversee project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting structures

 Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.

 Ensure timely submission and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly site reports

 Review site updates to identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate concerns early

 Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, procurement, and sales teams to align execution

 Monitor compliance with construction standards, documentation, and internal processes

 Consolidate site data into clear management-level summaries and performance reports

 Support the continuous improvement of construction systems, controls, and workflows

 Act as a central point of coordination between field execution and management

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field

 Minimum of 35 years experience in construction coordination, project management, or

operations oversight

 Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
