Accounting & Admin Staff


Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business course
  • (Accounting, Finance, Management, or related)
  • With accounting or bookkeeping experience (12 years preferred)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Basic accounting principles
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Expense tracking and reconciliation
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
  • Able to handle confidential financial data


Primary Responsibilities (Accounting-Focused)

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and collections monitoring
  • Prepare expense reports and cash flow summaries
  • Assist in monthly accounting reports
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial files
  • Handle Payroll


Secondary Responsibilities (Admin Support)

  • Assist in general administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Support management with documentation and reporting
