Account Executive

Job Requirements

• At least 12 years experience in the same field of work
• Graduate of a 4-year course/degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Management (Highlight Education)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Filipino
• Multitasker and team player
• People person with pleasing personality
• Able to work under pressure
• Familiarity with Ai tools (e.g. for data organization, content drafting, research, and workflow efficiency) is an advantage.

Job Description

• Support the Account Business Supervisor in administration, operations, and execution of marketing strategies and promotional plans of Wizard of ADS
• Assist the Account Business Supervisor and Account Business Officer in account management
• Assist in identifying potential clients for the Accounts Department under supervision from the Account Business Supervisor
• In-charge of overall client database management for the Accounts Department
• Customer relations: provide excellent customer assistance, maintain good relations, handle complaints, queries, and correspondences pertaining to projects
• Manage client feedback form system and consolidate customer feedback
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to optimize customer sales
• Assist in sales implementation, presentations, and demonstrations
• Supervise and source department interns
• Manage social media accounts
• Maintain project archives and project documentation

Departmental Cross Functions

• Coordinate with the Accounts Business Supervisor on implementation of sales strategies, policies, and process flows
• Coordinate with the Account Business Supervisor and Account Business Officer on management of assigned projects and clients
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and creative departments on implementation and execution of client projects
