Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and channel partners
Build strong, long-term relationships with distributor management and sales teams
Drive partner enablement through training, product knowledge, and sales support
Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and forecasts
Collaborate with marketing to execute channel marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns
Identify new business opportunities within existing and new channels
Manage pricing, incentives, and partner programs in alignment with company policies
Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and brand guidelines
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of sales experience in ICT, Telecommunications, or Technology solutions
Proven experience managing distributor and channel-based sales models
Strong understanding of ICT / telecom products, solutions, and market dynamics
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through indirect sales channels
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
Willingness to travel as required to support channel partners
