About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and employee relations. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to organizational growth and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; relevant experience and HR-related training or seminars may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and administrative procedures.
• Preference for candidates who have demonstrated employment stability and long-term commitment with previous employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
• Record trip incentives for drivers and helpers.
• Prepare bi-monthly payroll reports and coordinate with management for salary disbursement.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including:
• Posting job advertisements
• Screening and evaluating applicants
• Scheduling and conducting interviews
• Handle employee onboarding and ensure complete and up-to-date employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR files.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, supporting employee relations and addressing concerns professionally.
• Conduct monthly employee performance assessments and maintain performance records.
