Job Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Open to Bachelors degree holders, undergraduates, vocational, or high school graduates
  • Customer service or support experience is an advantage
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City


Job Responsibilities
  • Translate documents and communications from English to Italian, including requirements, designs, emails, tickets, and error information
  • Provide interpretation support during meetings or conferences with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist in coaching or language training to help bilingual employees improve language proficiency
  • Investigate, gather, and become familiar with business, technical, and tool-related terminology
  • Use and help improve translation tools to increase productivity
  • Be open to cross-training in project management, support, or technical tools (SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Service Desk, etc.)
  • Work in a service desk environment requiring written and verbal communication in Italian
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
