JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or related course.

At least 35 years in General Affairs or administrative work

Experience in AEP/visa processing is an advantage

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle the processing of Alien Employment Permits (AEP), visas, and other government documents for foreign employees in accordance with labor and immigration regulations.

Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Keep precise and up-to-date records of employee permits, visas, and related documentation.

Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees and guests.

Develop and manage partnerships with travel and hotel providers to ensure quality service and cost efficiency
