What Youll Be Doing

As our Production Planner, youll be the brain behind the build the one who turns orders into action and timelines into results. Youll collaborate across departments to ensure that every piece is made on time.

Your mission will include:

• Building and managing daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts
• Coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure materials and capacity are aligned
• Monitoring workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recalibrating timelines as needed
• Using data to solve problems, drive efficiency, and reduce delays
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in workflow and planning systems
• Ensuring accurate records and documentation for U.S. export compliance

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or similar
• 3+ years experience in production planning in manufacturing , preferably in Asia
• Familiarity with world export timelines and requirements is a big plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (experience with MRP tools is a bonus)
• Clear communicator in both spoken and written English
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and deadline-focused
