Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing pertinent processes and procedures of the Human Resource Department to make sure they adhere to the organizations most recent ISO Certification.
  • Promoting initiatives to resolve identified nonconformance and process improvement techniques
  • Developing continuous improvement plans for the Human Resource Department and communicating them with the concerned members of the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelors degree in Psychology, Education or BSBA HRDM
  • HR experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and systematic
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
