Building and Outside Maitenance and Plumbing Supervisor, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage maintenance activities of building facilities, plumbing systems, and
• auxiliary equipment (e.g., air compressors, deep well pumps, softeners, and water systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• systems.
• Coordinate with other Engineering Services Department (ESD) Supervisors to maintain smooth
• plant operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC License is a great advantage.
• With at least 12 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Preferably with experience in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or
• similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretation skills.
• Flexible, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and reliable, and possesses strong leadership and attention to detail.
