Purchasing Assistant, Cebu

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our supply management and logistics operations. You will assist in procuring goods, services, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery, optimal inventory levels, and high-quality standards across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and follow up with suppliers on pricing and delivery.
• Inspect received goods for quality and compliance with specifications
• Assist in shipment coordination and distribution of products.
• Research suppliers, market trends, and pricing to support procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle supplier inquiries and resolve procurement-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in purchasing or procurement (corporate environment preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to following company policies.
