Job Responsibilities
- Consolidate and maintain daily/weekly sales data and records
- Prepare and issue Sales Invoices (SI) and Delivery Receipts (DR)
- Track sales performance, inventory movement, and documentation accuracy
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Maintain updated aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Prepare basic financial and operational reports for management
- Coordinate administrative documentation and internal communication across teams
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in sales administration, accounting, or administrative support
- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and office applications
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Analytical, reliable, and able to work independently
- Maintains confidentiality and follows company procedures consistently
