As a Customer Service Representative for our premium Airline Account, you'll be the friendly voice assisting passengers worldwide. From booking dream vacations to resolving travel hiccups, you'll ensure every interaction leaves customers smiling and loyal.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with reservations, rebooking, cancellations, upgrades, and more
- Provide expert info on flight schedules, policies, and travel requirements
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively to create positive experiences
- Accurately document interactions for seamless service
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience (fresh grads welcome if you have strong communication skills!)
- College Graduate, 2nd Year College Undergraduate (minimum 4 semesters), or Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent English communication and customer service abilities
- Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules, including nights
- Airline, travel, or hospitality experience? That's a huge plus!
