Connecting products/services with customers by understanding needs, presenting solutions, handling transactions, and building relationships to meet sales targets, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge, with duties ranging from lead generation and customer service to managing inventory and processing payments in retail, field, or online settings.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, answering questions, providing product info, and addressing concerns.
• Sales Generation: Lead generation, promoting features, making sales pitches, handling objections, cross-selling, and closing deals.
• Transaction Management: Processing payments, handling returns, managing sales agreements, and collecting payments.
• Product & Market Knowledge: Staying updated on new products, features, promotions, and market trends.
• Sales Reporting: Preparing sales documents, tracking sales data, and reporting to management.
