We are a global publishing and marketing services company that supports thousands of authors across the world. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Marketing Reporting Analyst to strengthen our data visibility, performance tracking, and lead acquisition reporting.

About the Role

The Marketing Reporting Analyst will play a key role in analyzing lead generation performance, building clear dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy of marketing and funnel data. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver insights that support decision-making and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Produce recurring reports on lead volume, CPL, and funnel performance.

2.      Build and improve reporting templates and dashboards.

3.      Perform data validation and ensure CRM attribution accuracy.

4.      Analyze trends and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

5.      Support reporting automation using Excel, basic SQL queries, and data tools.

6.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

1.      Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).

2.      Basic SQL and database querying proficiency.

3.      Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

4.      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.

5.      Clear communication skills and ability to present insights.

6.      Experience working with data, spreadsheets, or reporting tasks.

Preferred but Not Required

1.      Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Adwords.

2.      Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).

3.      Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.

4.      Background in marketing analytics, data reporting, or operations.
