Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Knowledge in using computers and office software applications
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to work efficiently and accurately
Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Revolving funds and drivers allowance cash custodian
Releasing of daily allowance for drivers
Releasing of weekly allowance for crane operator
Balancing and daily cash count (Calaca and San Simon)
Liquidation and replenishment of revolving funds and drivers allowance
Encoding of summary expenses
Encoding and checking drivers allowance issuance versus delivery monitoring of logistics coordinator drivers status
Withdrawal of salaries, drivers allowance, and revolving funds
Performs other duties as assigned or required

Arctura Terminal, Don Gerardo Quano St. Extension, Brgy. Opao, Mandaue City, Cebu
