• Bachelors degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course
• At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative role
• Experience working in the same industry is advantage
• Knowledgeable in DOLE rules
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
• Handling employee relations and HR duties
• Handling employee violations and concerns
• Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company
• Maintaining accurate employee databases and proper records of employee attendance
