Sales Representative, Cebu

• Customer Scouting and Product Introduction
• Scouts for potential customers by optimizing ways to find clients such as, but not limited to, scanning for business that might use the companys product, getting referrals, and creating a network of partners, groups and businesses.
• Visits new and old clients to connect and inquire for a possibility of new orders or just to give updates on orders in progress.
• Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to institutions such as, but not limited to, water districts, water cooperatives, real estate developers and contractors.
• Promote and introduce product and service quality and benefits to potential customers.
• Assists customers in credit application in coordination with the sales coordinator for further processing.
• Coordinates with Sales Coordinators and Sales Support Associate for customer complaints resolution.
• Keeps abreast in current promotions and discounts to offer to customers as aligned with the companys marketing strategy.
• Sales Monitoring
• Gathers feedback from customers and coordinates it with the sales team for evaluation and improvements.
• Analyze target markets and develop sales strategy to further increase sales conversion.
• Plans and forecasts target sales per period as discussed with the immediate head.
• Submits required report to immediate head.
• Coordinates with Sales Coordinators and Sales Support Associate and immediate head all closed deals for recording and customer handling.
• Assists in any task to support the sales team as assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

• Atleast College Level, preferably related to Sales & Marketing, Atleast 1 year related work experience required, Can drive a motorcycle or a 4-wheel vehicle, willing to travel and accept work assignments in CDO and Visayas Area.
• Salary Range: Upon Job Offer.
