Company Nurse, Cebu

A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a related field, with a valid Professional

License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).

At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Strong ability to create timely reports and manage employee medical

records efficiently.

Additional certifications such as Basic Occupational Safety and Health

(BOSH), Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid are preferred but not

mandatory

Major Deliverables:

Accountability in maintaining the healthy status of the employees.

Accountability to provide preventive care for employees with regards to

their health issues.

Accountability to educate employees with healthcare knowledge.

Accuracy and Timeliness of Reports Required

Compliance to company Vision, Mission & Core Values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides basic healthcare for the employees.

a. Gathers and records medical history and symptoms for all

employees.

b. Performs diagnostic tests.

Administers prescribed medication and treatment.

a. First aid treatment

b. Medicine dispensing

c. Operate basic medical equipment.

Raises healthcare awareness.

a. Advocates health and wellbeing of employees

b. Educates employees about management of illnesses.

c. Provides support and advice to employees regarding health

Establishes, monitors, and reports employee health issues as provided by

our partner HMO.

Spearhead annual physical examination for employees.
