Position: HR & Admin Specialist

Industry: Construction Company

Location: Lapu- lapu City, Cebu

Salary: Php20,000 Php25,000

Schedule: Monday Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course

At least 3 years of experience in HR and Administrative role

Experience working in the same industry is advantage

Knowledgeable in DOLE rules

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws

Handling employee relations and HR duties

Handling employee violations and concerns.

Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.

Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
