  • Source and purchase materials, components, and services according to company requirements.

  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery delays or quality problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure procurement needs are met.
  • Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control teams to avoid overstock or shortages.
  • Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in selecting and developing new suppliers.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain preferred
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and contracts
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), or purchasing software
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • English proficiency (for companies with international suppliers)
