A front-line person that is ready to welcome clients, accept files that are provided, and carry out other clerical duties.

• Provide assistance to guests by offering a friendly welcome and guiding them to their desired destination with precision and courtesy.
• Inform appropriate staff members when guests arrive on the premises. This will ensure that the visitors are properly attended to and receive the assistance they require during their time at the company.
• Arrange the reception area in accordance with office protocols, guidelines, and policies to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This includes following proper procedures for greeting visitors, answering to queries, answering phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial for creating a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.
• Accept and sign deliveries while also making sure all the documents and packages have been distributed correctly and timely.
• Assisting with any clerical duty that is assigned.
• Booking of meeting rooms and conference rooms.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of any course.
• Requires a personality that is approachable, good-hearted, and outgoing.
• Adept with computers and highly proficient in organization.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
