• Develop and manage institutional sales accounts, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs, sales reports, inventory forecasts, and account receivables to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Coordinate with marketing and store teams on campaigns, events, promotions, and strategies to drive business growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships, resolve concerns promptly, and execute administrative tasks such as reporting and record management.
