Description

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Open to HS(old curriculum)/SHS grads, college undergraduates and college grads with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Open to work at any Accenture offsite onsite
  • Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
