Marketing and Events Associate - Arcade, Cebu

We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing and Events Associate to join our arcade team. This role is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing marketing campaigns and events to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for entertainment, strong communication skills, and a flair for engaging audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-house events, tournaments, promotions, and special activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media platforms, email campaigns, and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with the arcade management team to design creative campaigns that increase customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on marketing and event performance metrics to optimize results.
• Manage social media accounts, post content, and interact with the online community to enhance brand presence.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as posters, flyers, digital graphics, and newsletters.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for event support and sponsorship opportunities.
• Ensure events run smoothly, including setup, customer service, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, events coordination, or customer engagement (experience in entertainment or arcade industry is a plus).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media management, basic graphic design, and content creation.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for promotions and events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for events.
