Job Title: Functional Tester

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your role includes collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing functional test plans, and ensuring applications are built to the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and execute functional test plans to ensure application quality and performance
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during the application development lifecycle
• Document application processes and maintain updated records of changes and enhancements
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth application adoption

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in functional test planning
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements and specifications
• Familiarity with application performance testing and optimization techniques

Additional Must-Have Skill:

• Functional test planning
