Utility Worker, Cebu

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness in all assigned areas. This role ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and polish floors.

Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.

Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces.

Refill restroom supplies such as tissue, soap, and sanitizer.

Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damage or needed repairs.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms or work areas when required.

Follow safety guidelines in handling chemicals and cleaning tools.

Perform minor maintenance tasks as assigned.

Report any safety hazards or irregularities to the supervisor.

High school graduate or equivalent (MALE).

Experience in janitorial or housekeeping work is an advantage.

Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and sanitation standards.

Physically fit and able to lift or move items as required.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
