Project Manager, Cebu

We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Project Manager to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling complex projects, solving technical problems, and leading people effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects
• Strong ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
• Skilled in negotiation with clients and coordinating with stakeholders
• Knowledgeable in technical works, project planning, and execution
• Excellent leadership skills; able to manage subordinates effectively
• High level of understanding (taas ug pagsabot), patience, and professionalism
• Able to manage workers, materials, and all project resources
• Willing to be assigned within Cebu or outside Cebu

Responsibilities

1.Oversee day-to-day project operations

2. Ensure project targets, timelines, and quality standards are met

3. Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients

4.Prepare project reports and documentation

5.Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment

6.Resolve site issues promptly and professionally
