- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided
- Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language
