What Youll Do

• Provide excellent customer experience to US mortgage clients
• Support customers with financial and homeownership goals
• Collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders
• Be part of a pioneering and fastgrowing mortgage operations team

QualificationsMustHave:

• College level or graduate
• At least 2 years BPO experience
• Excellent English communication skills

NicetoHave:

• Experience in billing or financial accounts
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
