Equipment and Maintenance Staff, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Assists in maintaining and repairing all equipment in outlets and factories.
• Helps in the maintenance of carts, kiosks, and booths of all company outlets.
• Performs installation, dismantling, and pull-out of equipment as needed.
• Ensures proper storage of company mascots and outlet/factory equipment such as walk-in and chest freezers, ovens, steam kettles, rollers, proofers, and sealers.
• Supports maintenance and repair strategies to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Assists in checking, receiving, and inspecting newly purchased equipment.
• Provides support for facilities maintenance and repairs in offices and factories.
• Responds to inquiries, suggestions, or complaints concerning equipment and maintenance services.
• Coordinates with the Supply Management and Logistics Division for efficient transaction processing.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a six (6)-month vocational or TESDA-accredited course related to maintenance or electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical wiring, and kitchen appliances.
• Preferably with at least six (6) months of experience as an electrician or equivalent professional practice.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Physically fit.
• Strict in following company rules, regulations, and policies.
