Description
- Manage and maintain the general office environment, ensuring a tidy, well-stocked, and organized workspace. Oversee maintenance requests and liaise with building management.
- Act as the first point of contact for the office. Answer and direct phone calls, professionally greet and assist visitors, and manage the flow of correspondence (email, physical mail, and couriers).
- Manage and organize complex calendars for management or executives. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and conferences, including booking meeting rooms and setting up technology. Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation) and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Develop and maintain accurate and systematic physical and digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Business course graduate or equivalent (fresh grads are encouraged to apply!)
- With accounting-related background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
