General Affairs Staff (Cebu)

Position: General Affairs Staff (Cebu)

Work Set up: Work on site

Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000 (Negotiable)

Work Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (7am-4pm)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and updated employee records related to permits and visas.
• Arrange hotel bookings, flight reservations, and transportation for employees, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Manage company tie-ups with travel and hotel partners for cost efficiency.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official functions.
• Handle office supplies, facility needs, and other GA-related requests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or related course.
• At least 35 years in General Affairs or administrative work (experience in AEP/visa processing is an advantage).
• Familiarity with government compliance requirements (DOLE, BI, PEZA is a plus).
• Can work as soon s possible
• Can work fully on site in Cebu
