Location: Basak Pardo, Cebu
Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
  • Perform day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, encoding, and organizing documents.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, delivery records, invoices, and branch correspondence.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory of office and branch supplies; prepare requisitions when necessary.
  • Support branch operations by coordinating with the main office (accounting, HR, purchasing, and logistics).
2. Sales and Customer Coordination
  • Attend to walk-in clients, phone, and online inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and quotations.
  • Assist sales representatives in processing orders, quotations, and delivery receipts.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of customer orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Maintain updated client information and assist in preparing sales summaries for branch reports.
3. Finance and Recordkeeping
  • Handle daily cash collections, petty cash disbursements, and deposit preparation in coordination with Accounting.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions including receipts, official documents, and vouchers.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and reporting deadlines.
4. Logistics and Inventory Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and item requests for branch replenishment.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and ensure proper documentation of discrepancies.
5. HR and Office Coordination
  • Assist HR in attendance monitoring, timesheet submission, and staff communication.
  • Help in onboarding new employees assigned to the branch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
6. Communication and Reporting
  • Submit regular reports such as sales summary, petty cash liquidation, attendance report, and inventory update.
  • Communicate effectively with main office departments to ensure smooth coordination of branch operations.
7. Other Duties
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Branch Head or Management, especially during events, audits, or inventory counts.
  • Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.


Job RequirementsKey Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Business Administration, Management, or related course (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
